You'll lead the business intelligence team, defining and executing the BI strategy for a pioneering crypto brand in the Philippines. You'll build and optimize the BI system integrating trading, payment, risk, and compliance data to provide actionable insights for senior management. This role uniquely combines deep crypto industry knowledge with leadership of a high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the construction and optimization of the BI system, including data modeling and visualization.
• Provide data-driven insights and decision support to senior management and business teams.
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards for trading, user, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and drive BI projects.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of BI-related work experience, including 3+ years of senior BI team management.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data modeling.
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with Python/R.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
