As an Operations Associate at ALO, you'll drive store profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, maintaining visual standards, and supporting key operational functions. You'll work closely with management to ensure accurate inventory and a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards
