💼 About This Role

You'll lead and oversee the Accounts Payable function for a non-profit infrastructure organization. Your core impact will be ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance and driving process improvements. You'll supervise AP specialists and collaborate across departments to resolve vendor issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor AP Specialists, delegating workload effectively.
• Oversee timely processing of invoices and vendor payments.
• Review AP entries and reconciliations for GAAP compliance.
• Lead development of AP policies and automation improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive AP or Finance experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with accounting systems (FundEZ, QuickBooks, or equivalent).

✨ Nice to Have

• AP automation tools experience.
• High skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of 1099 filings.
