You will shape intuitive experiences and complex platforms, defining design systems and collaborating closely with product and engineering. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own design lifecycle from user research to production-ready specs
• Design and iterate across consumer products and developer tools
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems
• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience with shipped products
• Proficiency in Figma including component architecture and design systems
• Strong prototyping skills with interactive high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience with design systems across multiple products

• Experience in web3, crypto, or DeFi ecosystems
