Lead the maintenance team to support metal and aluminum extrusion and anodizing operations. You'll drive proactive and reactive maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years maintenance management or plant engineering in manufacturing
• Experience leading multi-shift teams
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with industrial electrical and electronic control systems
• Flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team for mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment
• Manage preventative maintenance, breakdown management, and KPIs
• Improve mean time between failure (MTBF) and reduce downtime
• Drive technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Mentor team and foster safety and high performance
