Description

As a Senior Data Analyst on our Community Data Team, you'll act as a Data Detective, performing deep-dive analytics on high-volume event data to ensure accuracy and uncover insights that drive community growth. You'll use your technical investigation skills to identify data discrepancies, analyze complex member behaviors, build predictive models, and maintain data hygiene.

Requirements

• Expert SQL with CTEs, Window Functions, Optimization for columnar databases (ClickHouse preferred)
• Basic understanding of web/app tracking and debugging tools
• Strong analytical intuition to spot data anomalies
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) for statistical modeling
• Experience with workflow automation (Airflow) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies using web/app technologies
• Analyze complex member behaviors (retention cohorts, engagement velocity, viral loops) to drive growth
• Build and deploy predictive models (e.g., Churn Prediction) using Python
• Write optimized SQL queries in ClickHouse for billions of rows of data
• Audit dirty data and handle bot activity, duplicate identities, and tracking gaps
