• Monitor task board and assign unclaimed jobs to servers
• Resolve missing customer information and escalate blockers
• Track unclaimed zip codes and collaborate with servers
• Maintain proactive customer communication and collect feedback

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of dispatch or customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with digital tools and map-based systems
