Description

You will lead the employment legal function across EMEA and APAC, providing strategic guidance to support a growing multinational workforce. You'll align global employment law strategy with regional requirements, serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and oversee complex cross-border employment matters.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales (8+ PQE preferred)
• Demonstrable experience working across multiple jurisdictions in APAC and EMEA
• Self-starter capable of shaping regional and global legal functions
• Strategic thinker able to give pragmatic and commercial advice in a fast-moving environment
