You will own and scale the Salesforce ecosystem to support our Go-To-Market teams, enabling efficient processes and seamless data flow. Your work drives operational excellence and helps shape a new era in customer experience with AI-powered conversations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Salesforce Admin experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• At least 2 years in a Senior/Lead Admin role owning complex projects
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Admin required
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Flows, and permission management
• Familiarity with API integrations and middleware tools (Zapier, n8n)

Responsibilities

• Optimize workflows and drive adoption with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CX teams
• Implement custom objects, validation rules, flows, and process automations
• Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits and standards
• Manage integrations with HubSpot, Gong, and other SaaS platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
