You'll act as the primary quarterback for issues, coordinating with Support, R&D, and other teams to drive customer ROI and optimize product usage. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full lifecycle of enterprise customer portfolio

📋 Requirements

  • EUC or similar software company experience
  • Startup/SaaS experience
  • Proven experience with Fortune 50 customer relationships
  • Working knowledge of VDI (Citrix/VMware)
