💼 About This Role

You'll join the HR Automation team to design and deploy scalable automation solutions across the full employee lifecycle. You'll act as a bridge between HR and IT, translating people-operations problems into technical workflows. Build smart tools from the ground up in a fast-moving fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy automation solutions across the full employee lifecycle
• Utilize Low-Code/No-Code platforms to rapidly build workflows and automations
• Model and maintain HR databases and schemas for scalable data structures
• Write custom JavaScript for integrations, data transformation, and API calls

📋 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in database modeling for relational or semi-structured models
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript with clean, maintainable scripts
• Experience building automation using Low-Code/No-Code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, etc.)
• Solid understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, JSON, OAuth for system integration

✨ Nice to Have

• Past experience in HR-tech or a fintech startup environment
• Exposure to Node.js, Python or data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
