• Administer and support Atlassian Jira and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve collaboration system issues.
• Implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Provide training and support to users on collaboration platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Atlassian Jira including customization and development.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with telecommunications platforms such as 8x8.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and e-fax solutions.
• Spanish fluency.
• Experience with vendor management and SLAs.
