You'll join the Provider Data Operations team at Oscar Health, a health insurance company built on a full-stack technology platform. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional provider data projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proactive solutions for data issues
• Identify trends in provider data issues and scale solutions
• Develop risk mitigation and change management strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years commensurate experience
• 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience using SQL and Excel
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
