💼 About This Role

You'll join the One Medical Virtual Medical Team to provide world-class virtual primary care to patients of all ages. You'll treat patients via tele-health visits, collaborate with in-office teammates, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to transform healthcare with an innovative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including video and phone
• Provide telephonic triage calls and email follow-ups
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office care team members

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care seeing all ages
• Currently licensed in NY with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts (every Saturday or Sunday)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with tele-health or virtual care platforms
• Ability to obtain multiple state licenses
• Bilingual in Spanish
