💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets, all while sharing your fandom knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, and fixture merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.
