🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute rigorous quantitative research and evaluation projects
• Develop and maintain reproducible analytic workflows and quality control procedures
• Review and strengthen analytic code produced by junior staff
• Translate complex findings into clear insights for clients
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree with 4 years experience or Bachelor's with 5 years
• Quantitative research experience for public-sector or education clients
• Proficiency in R, Stata, or Python for applied analysis
• Experience with inferential analyses and reproducible workflows
