Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or relevant position
• Experience with firewalls, switches, WAPs, servers, hosts, and SANs
• Ability to lead technical projects from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to implement new technologies (firewalls, switches, servers, storage, etc.)
• Assess complex environments quickly to identify issues or potential problems
• Perform installations, migrations, onboardings, and tool deployments
• Maintain attention to detail while focusing on overall project success
