🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technical team and ensure VPQP standard deployment
• Develop battery-specific technical skillset for quality managers
• Lead projects convergence toward start of production
• Lead Quality Supplier Development through VPQP

📋 Requirements

• 10 years of automotive industry experience
• Proven track record in project development processes
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project milestones and quality expectations
