Provide second-level application support, resolve complex issues, manage service level agreements, and collaborate with teams to ensure quick incident resolution. You will document solutions and communicate effectively, working in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with Jira for incident tracking
- Proven first and second level technical support experience
- High tolerance for frustration and ability to work under pressure
- Conversational English B2+
- Willingness to work hybrid: 3 days onsite in Santa Fe, 2 days remote
- Availability for on-call duties outside office hours and on weekends/holidays
