You'll define and execute the product vision and strategy for the flights domain at Perk, a leading travel and spend management platform. You'll drive high-velocity execution, leveraging AI to enhance the flight experience, optimize margins, and simplify business travel. This role offers the chance to prototype rapidly with AI tools and shape the future of managed travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flights within our Travel ecosystem
• Drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team making bold, fast bets
• Use customer insights with technical possibilities to craft intuitive user experiences
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate development

📋 Requirements

• Strong customer empathy and design thinking with a passion for user journey
• Fluency in data and data-driven product decision-making
• Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers

• Passion for AI shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
• Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code)
• Comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git
