💼 About This Role

You'll own the visual execution of Standard Bots brand across every customer touchpoint, leading the design of marketing assets for AI-native automation. Your work will directly shape how an industrial robotics company shows up in the world, from trade show floors to digital experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design marketing assets for events, print, web, and social
• Edit video clips with motion graphics and audio
• Create responsive UX/UI in Figma and implement in Webflow
• Maintain and evolve brand visual guidelines

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow
• Strong generalist across digital, print, video, and UX/UI
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for industrial or B2B technology brands
• Familiarity with trade show or experiential design at scale
• Based in or near New York or open to hybrid work
