You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing for a fast-growing AI organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly payroll cycles accurately and on time.
• Validate employee data changes for payroll accuracy.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and partners.
• Manage outsourced payroll BPO partner workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive payroll operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and tax requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll or similar HCM system.

✨ Nice to Have

• ADP or SmartCompliance experience.
• CPP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR.
