Description

As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Air Defense team, you will deploy and support Anduril's products worldwide. You'll own technical solutions for complex hardware-software-networking issues, guide users, and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products iteratively.

Requirements

• 3+ years problem-solving in unstructured environments at hardware-software-networking interface
• Ability to climb towers for installation, maintenance, and repair of sensor equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting site infrastructure (generators, solar, hydraulics)
• Experience performing preventative maintenance on tower structures
• Ability to travel to remote regions up to 80% of the year and obtain Top Secret/Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Support military air defense projects by executing technical operations and field maintenance
• Tackle complex hardware, software, and networking issues to resolution
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Ensure high availability and performance of air defense systems
• Conduct incident response root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews
