You'll develop and implement advanced radar signal processing algorithms for critical commercial and defense projects at a venture-backed startup. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create unique solutions for challenging mission applications, contributing to next-generation radar systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop radar system and software architectures
• Implement algorithms for detection, discrimination, and tracking systems
• Model and simulate system designs to demonstrate performance metrics
• Analyze signal propagation and RF system performance for requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in radar signal processing and algorithm development
• Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, and Python
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with FMCW and automotive radar signal processing chains
• Experience with MIMO arrays and subspace AoA estimation
• Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) algorithms
