You'll own the marketing strategy and execution for an AI-led drayage operating system. Drive demand generation programs that produce qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact. Translate a technical AI platform into clear, compelling stories for drayage operators who don't have time for jargon.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy across product marketing, demand gen, content, brand, and events.
  • Lead product marketing including positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive demand generation programs (paid, SEO, lifecycle, ABM, partner, event-led) to produce qualified pipeline.
  • Partner with Sales to build feedback loop on ICP, message-market fit, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
  • Translate AI-enhanced platform into stories for drayage operators, dispatchers, and operations leaders.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven progression from IC to manager to leader in marketing roles.
  • Scrappy hands-on experience at startups or lean teams (seed through Series B/C).
  • Product marketing chops leading launches and crafting messaging that moved win rates.
  • Demand gen operator owning full funnel number (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline or sourced revenue).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing into trucking, logistics, drayage, freight forwarding, or 3PL audiences.
  • Background at an AI-first or AI-native B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and next-gen B2B marketing stack.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM motions for SMB and mid-market accounts.
