💼 About This Role

You'll monitor, analyze, and validate water meter data through Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems to support billing integrity and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly improve water accuracy and operational efficiency across the city.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Expedite, prioritize, and communicate work orders to field staff
• Generate and track work orders for skipped reads and investigations
• Analyze and validate automated meter readings for accuracy
• Monitor AMI reports to detect tampering and communication failures
• Review GIS and utility maps to confirm meter infrastructure locations

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
• 1 year of experience with AMI systems, meter data management, or related fieldwork

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RNI and MDMS platforms
• Familiarity with AS400 billing, ArcGIS, Maximo or similar systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
