Description

You will provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. Flexible scheduling, electronic documentation, and paid training are offered to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Valid RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Trach and Vent experience preferred but training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Document care electronically
• Collaborate with clinical support team
• Self-schedule via mobile app
