💼 About This Role

You'll act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders in a fast-growing, AI-powered hospitality tech company. You'll shape people strategy across EMEA, driving organizational effectiveness and leadership capability in a remote-first, multicultural environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Align people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Manage complex employee relations cases with discretion.
• Own regional employment compliance across Spain and EMEA.

📋 Requirements

• 3–4+ years progressive HRBP or senior HR generalist experience
• Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law, including CBAs and equality plans
• Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across multiple EMEA countries
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels in a remote-first environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools
• Experience in remote-first, high-growth organizations
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
