💼 About This Role
You'll drive pipeline creation and accelerate revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem. Your core impact is expanding Varicent's market presence by engaging Workday sellers and executing ecosystem enablement programs. You'll collaborate with regional sales managers and presales teams to shape pursuit strategy and ensure effective co-sell execution.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip Workday sellers.
- Develop Workday-sourced pipeline through direct outreach and marketing events.
- Act as Workday subject matter expert supporting RSMs and Presales.
- Maintain accurate weekly forecast and opportunity updates in CRM.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, or business development.
- 3+ years working with ecosystem partners, Workday strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build pipeline through partner-led or co-sell motions.
- Demonstrated success enabling sellers and delivering partner-driven marketing programs.
✨ Nice to Have
- Industry-specific knowledge in Workday priority verticals.
- Familiarity with incentive compensation or sales performance management.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
