You'll be the welcoming face of MobSquad's in-house cafe, crafting high-quality beverages and managing daily operations to create an inviting space for our community. Your role is key in delivering an exceptional coffee experience in Calgary while representing a top-tier technology company.

Requirements

• Strong coffee knowledge and latte art skills.
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to engage with customers.
• Detail-oriented with fantastic organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service, take orders, serve food, prepare drinks, and manage POS system.
• Operate espresso machine to craft high-quality beverages.
• Manage expenses, invoices, and daily tabs for customers.
• Handle opening and closing procedures for the cafe.
• Organize inventory, ensure stock rotation, and minimize waste.
