Description

You will be the first point of contact for internal support issues, triaging and resolving cases for both office-based and remote users. You'll ensure timely resolution, maintain video conferencing equipment, and assist with hardware deployment and on/off boarding.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year in technical help desk or relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ticketing systems, LDAP, M365, or Active Directory is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-directed with ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prioritize incoming service requests
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
  • Maintain video conferencing software and equipment
  • Perform on/off boarding processes and end-user training
  • Assist in hardware deployment, replacement, and maintenance
