Description
You will be the first point of contact for internal support issues, triaging and resolving cases for both office-based and remote users. You'll ensure timely resolution, maintain video conferencing equipment, and assist with hardware deployment and on/off boarding.
Requirements
- 0-1 year in technical help desk or relevant experience
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ticketing systems, LDAP, M365, or Active Directory is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-directed with ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prioritize incoming service requests
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Maintain video conferencing software and equipment
- Perform on/off boarding processes and end-user training
- Assist in hardware deployment, replacement, and maintenance
