💼 About This Role

You'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client dispute claims for a small business banking platform. Your work ensures accurate claim validation and regulatory compliance, mitigating financial and operational risk. This hybrid role offers ownership of dispute processes and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage dispute lifecycle from intake to resolution for card and non-card claims.
• File dispute claims accurately with third-party vendors and financial institutions.
• Analyze transaction data to validate claim legitimacy and identify fraud patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve dispute processes and controls.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in dispute resolution in fintech or banking.
• Knowledge of Network rules (Visa/Mastercard), NACHA, and Reg E/Reg Z.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and correspondence.
