You'll support the global Talent Acquisition team at AEG, a leader in sports and live entertainment. Your work will directly impact critical hires across various departments. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment strategy, sourcing, and employer branding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with TA team to develop recruitment strategies for corporate hiring
• Assist with recruitment process including sourcing, posting, and candidate outreach
• Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Build talent pipeline via Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Assist in planning events for university relations team

📋 Requirements

• Interest in Talent Acquisition
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Interest in managing software and systems supporting TA team
• Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter
