You will manage a high-volume hiring pipeline, guiding caregiver candidates from application through onboarding. You'll build rapport, ensure compliance documentation, and meet hiring KPIs by combining personalized engagement with operational excellence in a tech-enabled process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years in high-volume recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support
- Strong rapport-building and customer service via phone, text, email, and virtual interactions
- Excellent attention to detail for compliance documentation review
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and reactive candidate support to address barriers and guide through hiring milestones
- Monitor candidate progression and intervene to ensure priority candidates move efficiently through the funnel
- Review documents and conduct compliance checks to meet state and national audit standards
- Proactively re-engage candidates and seek referrals for high-need markets
- Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing assistance
