You will manage a high-volume hiring pipeline, guiding caregiver candidates from application through onboarding. You'll build rapport, ensure compliance documentation, and meet hiring KPIs by combining personalized engagement with operational excellence in a tech-enabled process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years in high-volume recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support
• Strong rapport-building and customer service via phone, text, email, and virtual interactions
• Excellent attention to detail for compliance documentation review
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive candidate support to address barriers and guide through hiring milestones
• Monitor candidate progression and intervene to ensure priority candidates move efficiently through the funnel
• Review documents and conduct compliance checks to meet state and national audit standards
• Proactively re-engage candidates and seek referrals for high-need markets
• Co-manage voicemails, tickets, and emails from candidates needing assistance
