- Lead and manage a regional team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Oversee full sales cycle execution and pipeline development
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance meetings
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience
- Proven success selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions at enterprise level
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue quotas in complex environments
- Strong experience in territory planning and pipeline management
