Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of underwriting or related insurance experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software
- Ability to work collaboratively and embrace change
Responsibilities
- Utilize understanding of exposures and risks to assess loss history and financial condition
- Collect, study, and review documentation to perform risk analysis and determine acceptance
- Conduct preliminary reviews of complex submissions to identify errors and confirm eligibility
- Manage inbound calls to connect customers and team members for a seamless experience
- Process accounts from approved quotes through to policy issuance accurately and efficiently
