You'll join a rapidly growing edtech startup to own and elevate the quality bar across our platform. You'll shape the quality strategy for web and AI-driven workflows while modernizing testing with AI-powered tools. This role blends deep technical skills with product intuition to ensure high reliability for teachers and students.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve quality strategy across frontend, backend, and AI services
• Design and implement scalable automated tests (e2e, integration, regression, performance)
• Evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools for test generation and maintenance
• Lead post-incident quality improvements and mentor engineers on testing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles
• Experience with modern testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest)
• Expertise in automated e2e test suites in CI/CD environments
• Experience testing distributed systems, APIs, and database-backed apps

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience testing AI/LLM-backed features
• Experience with performance/load testing tools
• Experience building internal tooling for developer velocity
