🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure timely cash collection
• Proactively communicate high-risk or delinquent accounts to management
• Identify billing discrepancies and initiate internal resolution workflows
• Track key metrics such as DSO for Month End Close

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable with large data volumes
