You will own Cialfo's visual brand expression across all marketing communications, creating high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, events, and corporate collateral. You'll act as the creative bridge between marketing and product design teams, ensuring brand consistency extends into the product experience. Your work will directly impact millions of students, counselors, and educators worldwide.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication
• Seasoned experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in typography, layout, imagery, and iconography
• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead design and production of high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, event experiences, interactive activations, and corporate collateral
• Create and format visual elements across social, email, print, and out-of-home with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Own Cialfo's brand identity expression across all internal and external-facing design work
• Produce short-form motion graphics and video assets for campaign storytelling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure creative quality and cohesion
