💼 About This Role
You'll manage enterprise customer accounts in the payments and crypto industry, driving upsell and renewal opportunities. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders and analyze usage data to mitigate churn. This role offers a hybrid work model and a £500 remote working budget.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Analyze usage data and proactively mitigate renewal risk
- Develop strategic account plans and negotiate contract renewals
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience with enterprise customers
- Experience with data flow diagrams of payment schemes
- Proven track record of quota overachievement and net account retention
- Understanding of B2B sales methodologies and SaaS solutions
✨ Nice to Have
- Payments and/or crypto industry experience
- Familiarity with compliance workflows and AML/KYC
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to Financial Services
