💼 About This Role
You'll coordinate onsite operations and support candidate selection and onboarding. You'll act as the key liaison between the client and workers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Support candidate selection and evaluation
- Conduct onboarding for new hires (EPIs, access cards)
- Accompany workers throughout their process (time tracking, absences, leave)
- Monitor service and resolve incidents
📋 Requirements
- Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar
- Proficiency in Office package (Excel and data analysis)
- People orientation and client management
- Problem-solving skills

- Experience in similar coordination role
- Knowledge of HR software
