• Lead workforce planning for Language Services across venues.
• Manage staff planning and oversee volunteer programs for language support.
• Direct volunteer recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and training.
• Develop and manage shift plans aligned with competition schedules.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in staffing and scheduling of paid staff and volunteers.
• Background in language services or multilingual program management.
• Experience managing volunteer programs end-to-end at scale.
• Prior involvement in major sporting or mega-events preferred.
