You'll own and scale Siro's pipeline generation engine, leading a team of BDRs and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership. Your core impact will be designing the strategy, metrics, and operating cadence that drives growth. This high-leverage role reports directly to the CRO and includes building a world-class team from scratch.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and evolve pipeline generation strategy end-to-end
- Lead, hire, and develop a team of BDRs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on pipeline quality
- Build reporting, systems, and experimentation frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B sales development
- 3+ years leading and scaling BDR teams
- Experience in high-growth environments (Series B to pre-IPO)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools

- Experience building pipeline organizations from scrappy to scalable
- Ability to think in systems (hiring profiles, ramp models, channel economics)
