You'll shape and evolve a modern data platform built on Microsoft Fabric. You will drive best practices, scalability, and long-term platform evolution. This senior individual contributor role combines high strategic impact with strong architectural ownership and clear leadership expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the architecture of the data platform
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives end-to-end
• Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices
• Design and optimize scalable ELT pipelines and dimensional models

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in data engineering roles
• Expert-level SQL skills mandatory
• Proven experience with modern cloud data platforms like Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake
• Experience building enterprise-grade dimensional models and integrating ERP/CRM/HRIS

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct Microsoft Fabric experience
• Good working knowledge of Python and/or PySpark
