You'll join the DevOps team at airSlate as an early-career Technical Support Specialist, handling live incidents and infrastructure requests. You'll respond to alerts via Opsgenie and Slack, debug CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot AWS and Kubernetes environments. This role is a structured entry point into a DevOps engineering career with a clear growth path.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Join shift-based on-call rotation for incident response
• Handle service desk requests and document in incident threads
• Review Terraform PRs and debug CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot ECS and Kubernetes environments

📋 Requirements

• Recent DevOps learning activity (courses, certifications, home lab)
• Comfortable working in the Linux terminal (top, grep, tail, ps)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, TCP/UDP)
• Foundational knowledge of Docker (containerization vs virtualization)

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian
• Intermediate English level
• Comfortable with shift work and 1.5-minute response time
