๐ผ About This Role
You'll own a high-volume, transactional sales motion focused on founders and early-stage startups. You'll guide customers from first conversation to close while educating them on visa options and Alma's value versus traditional law firms. This is a closing-heavy role with strong inbound flows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle SMB sales process from discovery to close
- Manage high-volume pipeline of founders and small businesses
- Qualify inbound leads and prospect into early-stage companies
- Educate prospects on visa categories at a practical level
๐ Requirements
- 1โ2 years of closing experience as an AE or quota-carrying role
- Experience in high-volume or SMB sales environments
- Strong discovery skills and ability to control a sales conversation
- Clear, concise communication with founders and operators
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling HR tech, legal tech, SaaS, fintech, or compliance
- Familiarity with BANT, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks
- Exposure to immigration or legal services
