πΌ About This Role
You'll own and scale the global onboarding and activation function at Topsort, a high-growth ad tech startup democratizing privacy-first advertising. You'll build the post-sale engine that drives enterprise go-lives from technical discovery through launch and activation.
π― What You'll Do
- Drive major customer integrations from technical discovery through launch and activation.
- Build standardized onboarding frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and launch SLAs.
- Translate commercial commitments into structured integration plans with cross-functional teams.
- Act as first-line technical triage to reduce engineering escalations and improve documentation.
- Mentor junior PMs and define hiring roadmap for a 3-5 person Implementation team.
π Requirements
- 5+ years in Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management within SaaS/Ad Tech/Retail Media.
- 20+ enterprise implementations led from technical discovery through launch and activation.
- Experience building onboarding systems, playbooks, and frameworks (not just coordinating tasks).
- Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, integration architecture, and implementation trade-offs.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience with ad tech platforms or retail media networks.
