🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive major customer integrations from technical discovery through launch and activation.
  • Build standardized onboarding frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and launch SLAs.
  • Translate commercial commitments into structured integration plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as first-line technical triage to reduce engineering escalations and improve documentation.
