Description

You will design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using Generative AI and LLMs, working with engineering teams and client stakeholders to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable production systems. You'll also ensure governance, transparency, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in machine learning and data science, especially modern language models and generative AI
• Experience with LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model adaptation
• Strong communication skills for client engagement and technical leadership
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and production deployment
• Familiarity with AI governance, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLMs
• Define architecture for LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, RAG, and AI copilots
• Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and infrastructure for production systems
• Lead deployment of ML and GenAI systems into production with MLOps pipelines
• Implement AI governance, model explainability, and risk management frameworks
