💼 About This Role

You'll build Dust's legal function from the ground up during a hyper-growth phase, serving as an integral thought partner to leadership. You'll drive commercial contracting, navigate AI and privacy regulations, and create scalable legal processes. This role combines strategic legal guidance with operational excellence at a Sequoia-backed AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and negotiate SaaS, DPA, channel, and vendor contracts
• Partner with sales, security, and revenue teams to drive deals to close
• Advise on GDPR, CCPA, AI regulations, and global privacy frameworks
• Build scalable legal templates, playbooks, and training materials

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ years PQE and EU bar membership
• Deep experience in SaaS agreements and commercial deal-making
• Confident navigating GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI regulations
• Bilingual French/English fluency
