You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center, identifying cosmetic imperfections on pre-owned vehicles pre- and post-paint. Your work ensures every car meets our high quality standards before reaching customers. This entry-level role includes paid training to advance your skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections before and after paint.
• Perform prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles.
• Identify repairs needed for reconditioning.

📋 Requirements

• Entry-level; professional automotive prepping experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Pass a background check and MVR check.

• 6+ months of professional prepping or paint experience.
• Experience with sanding, masking, or buffing.
